My Warrioer/Necromancer
I have nearly made it to level 12 on this build, and I started her 2 days ago!
I have only died 2 times. I am in Yak's bend, by way of the back door up the foothills, and have done half of that area.
Does anyone else like this build?

Well, what is your build? It's hard to tell how effective it is without any info.

got this build off a megabuild.
It's not that bad and is probably the best sword damage oriented build out there.
Attributes: (cost)
Strength: 10 (61)
Swordsmanship: 11 (77)
Blood Magic: 10 (61)
Total attribute points used: 199/200
Skills:
1) Sever Artery - (4a,0,0) If this attack hits, the opponent begins bleeding for 20 seconds, losing health over time.
2) Gash - (7a,0,0) If this attack hits a bleeding foe, you strike for 9 more damage and that foe suffers a deep wound, lowering that foe's maximum health by 20% for 16 seconds.
3) Galrath Slash - (8a,0,0) This attack strikes for +29 damage if it hits.
4) Final Thrust - (10a,0,0) Lose all adrenaline. If Final Thrust hits, you deal 29 more damage. This damage is doubled if your target was below 50% health.
5) Berserker Stance - (5,0,30) For 9 seconds, you attack 33% faster than normal and gain 20% more adrenaline each time you hit in melee. Berserker Stance ends if you use a skill.
6) Life Siphon - (10,2,2) For 20 seconds, target suffers health degeneration of 2 and you gain health regeneration of 2.
7) Life Transfer (elite) - (10,2,30) For 10 seconds, target foe suffers health degeneration of 6 which you gain as health regeneration. This is an elite skill.
8) Vampiric Gaze - (10,1,5) Steal 46 health from target foe.
Do berserker stance then attacks in order from top to bottom, use degen when needed. Basically the game plan was to first berserker stance a meat shield to get full adren, target a soft char- stack the two dots on them, getting the bleed on them right after for the max possible dot dmg in the game. Following that was your damage skills- hoping that when you got to final thrust they were in death range. I remember taking out vamp gaze for rez signet because it's so energy demanding I never used it and was such shitty hp sucking for a warrior. If your first attempt didn't succeed there was no reason to think it would work a second time unless youre getting help from outside damage, so you'd switch targets and try again when you got your mana and adren back. When it worked- it worked fabulously, and when it failed it failed miserably. Preference I guess, I freaking hate sword.

That, my friend, is not the best DoT in the game. N/Me using max blood magic +4 +2 will have more than that from Life Transfer and Life Siphon alone, then add in Conjure Phantasm and you have somewhere between 15 and 20 pips of degen.

if only degen could go past 10 pips.... you would be right. as it is, anything past 10 is only "cushion". they wont lose more health from it, but it will reduce incoming healing breeze/troll ungent and the like. 10 is the hardcap for degen/regen pips.

I'd prefer a quick shot ranger to a degeneration stacker in terms of DoT.

Lol, as the guy below you just said, you can't go over 10. That build has an 11dot regen, going over the max damage. So technically it's still a max damage dot combo.
